Demon Hunter Fort Wayne Concert reviews
CHEAP TRICK'S DREAM POLICE A TREAT!
"Not a good seat in the house for this relatively intimate concert with Demon Hunter, minus Rick Nielsen's two boys, but an addition of Bun E. Carlos. One on guitar and the other on drums. The band was joined by back-up singers and orchestration too. The band delivered what they always have and it seemed like a step forward into time except for the obvious age and tread wear. For a show that has to be taxing with all the dates, the band looked as though they were having a great time too and it transcended to the crowd. People were on their feet and dancing in the isles by the half way point! Justifiably so too as the band really rocked the place. I took my wife as a surprise Birthday present for her and we both had a fun time. My only complaint was that it got a bit loud at times and that was distracting. That and the high drink prices! Robin Zander's vocals were a bit strained at times and understandably so. But he knew when to let the back-up singers fill in and back off. Overall a flawless show that celebrated the career of a great mid-west band!"
